Service Description

Whether you're planning a kids' birthday, adult paint party, team-building event, or a baby shower, you've come to the right place! At The Art of the Party, we bring over 35 years of experience creating unforgettable celebrations with art activities, balloon decor, and a beautiful private venue.


Cancellation Policy

Included in all Party Packages: Private use of our colorful studio for 2 or 3 hours — ideal for birthdays, paint parties, or creative celebrations! Admission for 10 participatants. Plus 15 non-participating guests Tables and chairs provided Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks allowed (Beer/wine permitted when no guests are under 21) Decorations not included. No outside balloons. Balloon décor available for purchase. Guest Capacity & Guidelines Our space holds up to 70 guests total (children + adults). Setups vary based on event type: Kids' parties need open space for games and activities — we recommend keeping the guest count lower Adult events (paint & sip, team building) can seat up to 65 for a full sit-down experience (We’ve had kids’ parties booked for 10 kids with 60+ adults arriving. Please don’t use the event as a free venue or drop-off care. Our staff leads the art project — we do not supervise unattended children.) ➕ Adding Guests Extra participants in Art: starting at $27–$45 each, depending on your chosen package Extra non-participating adults: $5 each Max: 35 participating children (total guests should remain under 50 to allow for fun and games) Larger groups may want to consider booking two time slots to allow time for setup and cleanup between parties. Adding Extra participants. Please notify us at least 1 week in advance if you want to add more than 10 participants. Payment is due and non refundable. You may add up to 2 extra children as late as the night before and pay on the day of your event — just text (916) 439-7256. Room Rental (No Art Activity) For events like baby showers or meetings: $275 for 2 hours or $350 for 3 hours — includes up to 40 guests. Each additional guest is $5. No art project is inc Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due when booking. $100 of your total is a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. To cancel, send written notice via email or in person, then text (916) 439-7256. Include your child’s name, party date, and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. Cancellation Timeline 3+ weeks before party: Deposit can be applied to a new date (subject to availability) 2–3 weeks before: Deposit is forfeited; remaining balance refunded Less than 2 weeks: Full payment is non-refundable
