All balloon décor is delivered and/or installed based on the delivery window selected at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order or provide access for setup.

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be shown at checkout.

If access to the delivery location is delayed, restricted, or unavailable at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.

For large installations, setup time will be coordinated in advance.

Balloon décor is sensitive to heat, wind, and environmental conditions. Outdoor setups are not guaranteed once installation is complete.

We are not responsible for balloon damage after delivery due to weather, handling, or environmental conditions.
