*I Understand Helium Tank rentals are for 3 days and include the filler.

*I Understand that if I need this tank for an extended period of time, of up to one month I will inform you when I pick up the tank. All rental fees must be paid in advance.

*I understand there is a $100 cash deposit or credit card on file.

*I understand that if the tank is lost and not returned my credit card will be charged $500

*I understand if the filler is lost or damaged I will be charge $50

*I understand there is a $10 per day fee for returning the tank late.

*I understand Helium acts as a simple asphyxiant displacing oxygen. If the

body is deprived of oxygen, even for a very short period of time, death or serious injury may occur.

Exposure to atmospheres containing reduced oxygen (increased helium) will bring about

unconsciousness without warning so quickly that you will not be able to help yourself.

*I understand When transporting your helium tank, or when not in use, always make sure that its lid is screwed on tight.

This is important because should the valve of the tank be broken, the pressure in the tank can cause the

valve to pass through walls and could cause serious injury or death. Do not drag, roll or slide tanks. Use

a hand cart, dolly or ask a friend to help you carry the tank.

*I understand to always use the regulator we have furnished for you to use. It is designed for filling balloons. Never open

the cylinder before attaching the regulator. Valves must always be opened slowly. Never wedge or pry a

stuck valve. When the tank is not being used or empty, turn off the valve and bleed off the pressure in the

system. This will help you prevent your tank form leaking when you are not using it, and it will release the

pressure.

*I understand to not use any equipment for any other purpose than its intended function. Never readjust the

equipment. Do not use any lubricants or clean the equipment with any solution. Do not allow children or

any unauthorized people to handle the cylinders unattended. Do not use leaky equipment. Shipments of

cylinders which have not been filled by the owner or with his written consent are a violation of the federal

law.

*I understand By the acceptance of cylinders, which are the property of The Art Of The Party, buyer agrees to

assume responsibility for the cylinders, to return them in good usable condition promptly when empty, and

to pay demurrage and rental charges at the prevailing rate. Replacement value of cylinders is $500 each,

of regulators is $50 each, and of the stands is $150 each.

*I understand and will be careful using foil balloons Foil balloons are not biodegradable and should never

be released outside. Should a foil balloon come in contact with an electrical line they can conduct

electricity. Foil balloons should always be attached to a weight.

*I Understand to always store the helium tank in an upright and firmly secured position to prevent the tank from falling or being

knocked over. Please be especially careful if children are around. Do not store the tank in direct sunlight,

near sources of radiant heat, or in a temperature that will exceed 130F.

*I understand- THE MOST IMPORTANT WARNING! Young children can choke or be suffocated by an un-inflated

balloon or a piece of a broken balloon. Adults should supervisor balloon use with all children - especially

children under six years old. Please do not let children put balloons in their mouths.
